Attaching film and glass to the window frame with adhesive has been a common technique for years, however, 3M Impact Protection Adhesives deliver a new standard of performance.  3M, a leader in adhesive technology makes its own adhesive.  While other adhesives can take weeks to dry, this system is fully cured in less than 7 days.  It has greater tear strength, elongation and tensile strength.

3M Impact Protection Profile (INSERT IPP)

3M’s Impact Protection Profile system offers a clean, factory-finished appearance to the window.  It features a flexible gasket-style attachment system that bonds the window to the frame by incorporating 3M™ VHB Tape.  This system can be retrofitted to add increased strength to existing safety film applications.  It is available in white and black.
